Watch the Rainbow Six Siege Multiplayer Live Stream

Ubisoft's Twitch stream is showing off Rainbow Six Siege's multiplayer.

Update: You can now check out the full archived stream above. The gameplay and commentary starts at about 20 minutes into the video.

Publisher Ubisoft announced Rainbow Six Siege at its E3 press conference this year. We were treated to a demo, but we don't know much else about the game. Right now, though, Ubisoft is showing off some more of Siege's multiplayer on its Twitch stream. You can check it out above.

The game launches in 2015 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. We went hands-on with the game and thought that it looks very promising. Keep an eye on GameSpot for more news about Rainbow Six Siege when it becomes available.

For a more in-depth discussion on the game's multiplayer, check out our breakdown below:

what's the carrot exactly? This looks like just mindless killing like Counter Strike. There's no unlock system or anything. This would get repetitive very fast. I was only interested in the single player campaign anyways...this RB6 sucks.

'We keep our ears to the ground'

Uplay is still a thing isn't it?

Seriously, It seems like things are already being cut from the game. Where is the sniper class that was present in the E3 demo? No more rooftop insertion? I hope these are just temporary removals to be re-added once in alpha or beta proper, but I can't help but feel disheartened.

This is an Ubi title. You can be guaranteed that the MP netcode is going to be horrible, the UI is going to be console-centric, and, as with all of Ubi's titles, the game will release in a beta-like state and never get any post-release support. Watch Dogs suffered this. Blacklist suffered this. And many more before it. There's no reason why Siege wouldn't suffer the same bull that Ubi is renowned for.

You shouldnt be able to switch between cameras and inform your team where the enemy is when you are dead.

Too long to watch it all.  However, I want to see gameplay footage for the first or second player that dies, do they just sit in spectator mode while all the action is going on?

They seriously need to have modes where players re-spawn, I don't want to spend half my play time while in load screens or spectator mode.  It concerns me that I haven't heard of or seen any modes with re-spawning.

I'm excited about this game, but only if there's modes with a lot of destruction and includes players re-spawning thru the match.

If it's only going to be like this (die and it's all over), then I am totally passing on this game.

@aegis_kleais  Ubisoft completely screwed up Trials Fusion's online as well.  The previous Trials game had superb online, Fusion's doesn't even work, and I've gone back again and again.  And that was before the even had online matches, I'm just talking about being able to download player created tracks, usually there's a connection problem with Ubi servers.

Heck, even the single player game has lag, the previous games didn't have that.  And the upcoming DLC is short and a rip-off compared to DLC of previous Trials games.

@perilloux33 It depends on your perspective :).  Fans of older RB6 games would probably say that such cover mechanics are unrealistic and overpowered.  Of course, those fans probably won't like Siege anyway :).

@quicktim3 Other than the 12,500 that are watching it right now.

PS, Destina isn't that good man. Its Halo with a little more customization.

@kozzy1234 @aegis_kleais  Blacklist was crap compared to Conviction.  I didn't even bother with the majority of the optional missions, and in 95% of games I am a completionist.

@WingChopMasta @quicktim3 It's better than what you've just described in my opinion, but I can't even get in right now with so many people trying to get in!

i find the opposite. was really surprised by black list in every aspect. was pretty memorable and felt like it touched base with the original series. conviction was ok. never had any issues with it. Samething with watchdogs, another title i wasnt expecting much from. not sure whats up with your hardware.

@quicktim3  Are there really millions "hyped" for it?  I mostly hear people are skeptical and waiting for more information.  The destruction looks cool, however people are also waiting to hear what kind of offline modes it will have, and if all the modes will be crappy single spawn, where you only have 1 life and typically you'll spend most of the matches watching others play.
