"For orcs, there is no other life but war."

There are plenty of video game movie adaptations coming our way over the next few years, but few as big as Warcraft. The massive-budget fantasy epic hits cinemas in June, and a new trailer has now been released. Check it out below:

Warcraft is directed by Duncan Jones, who previously made the acclaimed sci-fi movies Moon and Source Code. It stars Dominic Cooper, Paula Patton, Ben Foster, Toby Kebbel, and Clancy Brown.

In an interview last November, Jones spoke about why he was drawn to the project, and how Warcraft would differ from previous game adaptations. "Here was a unique opportunity to take a game that I knew well and loved and try to craft something that would invite an audience to see what all the fuss was about," he told The Guardian. "I wanted to give people a sense of why so many people play and care about the game.

"I love games and I feel they've been sold short shrift in films so far. It's my generation's opportunity to right that wrong."

Warcraft has had a lengthy production process--the 123 day shoot wrapped in May 2014, and the original release date of December 2015 shifted twice, to the current date of June 10, 2016.
