One of the most impressive moments in X-Men: Apocalypse is the amazing sequence in which Quicksilver helps get his colleagues to safety as the X-Mansion collapses around them. A new video reveals exactly how this key scene was achieved--check it out below:

X-Men: Apocalypse is now in cinemas worldwide, having hit the US this weekend and many international markets a week earlier. The film has so far earned $65 million domestically, and according to Variety looks set to make around $76 million by the end of the Memorial Day weekend.

Although this will put it at number one in the box office chart, it is some way below the opening take of its predecessor, X-Men: Days of Future Past, which made $110.5 million on the same weekend in 2014.

Worldwide, the movie has earned $250.8 million so far. Days of Future Past finished its theatrical run with an impressive take of $747.8 million, making it second only to this year's wildly popular Deadpool in terms of Fox's X-Men universe movies.
