The original story is below.

Halo 5: Guardians developer 343 Industries is hosting a livestream today at 2 PM PT to show off the upcoming Warzone Firefight expansion. You can watch it on the Halo Twitch channel or through the YouTube embed below.

The upcoming expansion is free to everyone and is set to change a lot of features and systems around Halo 5. Many aspects including objectives, progress, and personal score will be more clear. Warzone Firefight will have six maps, one of which is new, and there will be several "small" UI changes as well.

Additionally, a Score Attack mode is coming to Halo 5's campaign, alongside a new Forge canvas. The free expansion also introduces some new weapons--one of these might be the 7 Wood melee weapon, which was teased in an image you can see here. You can see all of the new stuff in the image at the bottom of the article.

In addition to the free expansion, Halo 5 will be completely free for a limited time. You'll be able to play the latest game in the Halo series from June 29 to July 5 for free as part of the Free Play Days promotion on Xbox One.
