Watch Final Fantasy 15 Movie Kingsglaive New Trailer, Digital Release Date
At San Diego Comic-Con 2016, we learned a few more details about the upcoming film version of Square's long-in-development RPG.
Announced back in March, the film tie-in to Square Enix's upcoming Final Fantasy XV is on the verge of release. It's out in Japan already, and the movie is coming to select theaters in the US on Auguest 19, but during a panel at this year's San Diego Comic-Con we both got a new trailer and learned when it will hit digital channels.
The newly revealed release dates are:
- August 30 - Digital release date
- October 4 - Blu-ray and DVD release date
Kingsglaive stars the likes of Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad), Lena Headey (Game of Thrones), and Sean Bean (Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones). The story contains parallels with the game and will feature both new and crossover characters from the game.
Final Fantasy XV: Kingsglaive will also be available in a physical version along with the special editions of Final Fantasy XV on September 30, 2016.
