Ubisoft has yet to formally announce Watch Dogs 2, but it looks like that could happen soon.

The publisher apparently sent a "gift box" containing Watch Dogs 2 Ray Bans to YouTube's The Rad Brad, who has more than 6 million subscribers. He posted a picture on Twitter of the case and what could be Watch Dogs 2's logo. Take a look:

Watch Dogs 2 is in a weird sort of limbo where it's been announced by Ubisoft in an earnings call, but not yet in a more official capacity than that.

It could be that the game is finally revealed to the public during Ubisoft's briefing at E3 later this month. The company's showcase is scheduled for Monday, June 13, starting at 1 PM PST.

The first Watch Dogs sold more than 9 million copies into retail, and its creative director has been vocal about what he would like to do with the franchise next.

Watch Dogs 2, if that is indeed its real name, will launch before April 2017, though a specific release date has not been announced.

Ubisoft is also making a Watch Dogs movie. Fans would like to see Tom Cruise play the lead role, but Ubisoft has not made any casting announcements.
