Warbirds III beta free through August

The iEntertainment Network has announced that its online World War II flight sim, Warbirds III, is free for the month of August. Interested players can sign up for a free online beta account at the official Warbirds Web site.

Warbirds III features advanced graphics and a variety of aircraft to choose from, including 28 fighters, seven bombers, and a troop transporter. In addition, it features customizable aircraft skins, gun sights, sounds, and gauges, as well as artillery support and four types of ground vehicles.
