Vivarium Does DC Voice Recognition

TOKYO - Vivarium announces the first game which will use a Dreamcast voice recognition system.

TOKYO - Vivarium announced that it will release a game which utilizes a voice recognition system for Dreamcast. The game is called SeaMan - you talk to the game's character, a fish with a human face. The fish will learn the words you say and develops its own character.

This game is designed by Yutaka Saito, creator of Tower. The pictures are not actual screenshots from the game, and the picture of the Mouse Device is also a conceptual one. SeaMan is roughly slated for release next Spring.

Huh, so this was designed by the same guy that created SimTower. The things you discover when reading 13 year old news entries.

After my Dreamcast died several years ago, I purchased another one a few months ago just so I could play Seaman again. I demand a remake of this game on XBLA, with updates every quarter or so. I would buy it no questions asked.
