Activision Value has announced the release of three new management strategy games: Skate Park Tycoon, Ski Resort Tycoon II, and Fast Food Tycoon 2. The games let players build and manage various aspects of different businesses.

Skate Park Tycoon gives players a chance to design and build skate courses, complete with half-pipes, ramps, and other features. As their park gains popularity, they can unlock new cities and challenges and try to expand into a nationwide conglomerate.

Ski Resort Tycoon II lets players run a winter resort. Players must design and construct a mix of beginner, intermediate, and advanced runs for their 3D mountain, and they must keep the resort visitors happy while trying to turn a profit. Players can also experience the runs from a first- or third-person perspective.

Fast Food Tycoon 2 gives players control of a small pizza parlor, and they must try to expand the business into a fast food empire. Players must choose recipes, schedule special events, and manage their staff. In addition to honest business practices, players may choose to hire thugs to eliminate the competition.

All three games are now available in stores for an approximate retail price of $19.99. For more information, visit the official Activision Value Web site.
