Titanfall Xbox 360 patch fixes rare invincibility bug

Update 2 released for the Xbox 360 version of popular multiplayer shooter.

Respawn Entertainment and Bluepoint Games have released Update 2 for the Xbox 360 version of multiplayer shooter Titanfall, which addresses a number of issues, including a rare invincibility bug. As detailed on the Titanfall website, the update should fix a rare bug with Pilot health pools that previously made certain characters "virtually invincible." As you can see in this YouTube video documenting the bug, one player pumps numerous rounds into another player, but this person, presumably because of the invincibility glitch, never dies.

In April, Respawn said it patched out this bug for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC versions of Titanfall, but apparently it didn't work on Xbox 360.

Update 2 for the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall also fixes issues like "Satchel Server Disconnect," which triggered a total disconnect if players attached satchel charges to the dropship and detonated them after the dropship warped out. In addition, the update reduces the required number of players for private matches from 6 to 2, and introduces a new "Party Colors" system where your party members and their titans will now show up on the mini-map with green colors instead of the normal blue. This should help you figure out where you friends are and what they're doing in the middle of battle, according to Respawn.

The full list of bug fixes and changes delivered through Titanfall's Update 2 for Xbox 360 is available at the game's website.

Titanfall for Xbox 360 launched in April, about a month after the Xbox One and PC versions. According to the NPD Group, Titanfall was the top-selling physical game in the United States for March and April. Sales for May will be announced early next month.

I remember having an infinite mana bug on WoW when Burning Crusade was new. I reported it to a GM and he basically told me to enjoy it while it lasted. It lasted until the next patch day which was 4 days later.

the 360 version is like the red headed step child, they really don't care about it, i'm still getting kicked out of the majority of games, but xbone version works fine. hmmmm

Don't own the XBox 360 version, but I'm glad they've fixed the bugs quickly. I need to play more of this game this weekend.
