There's usually a "required" spec list and the actual "recommended" spec list. This means you can technically play this game on that pc, but it would be as slow as possible on min graphics as it can be without crashing.

Don't believe those specs people.... If it want it to look and run anything decent you'll need a modern day PC, a small dual core CPU? and an 8800GT? thats a 10 yr old graphics card.... I wouldn't even recommend this shit for a minimum specs...

Put all that into a multi player and its awesome. Why is it that only the devs say these things?.

i think i'm gonna get bored after playing for a month. same goes with other multiplayer games. and it's a multi-only. i bet they will not have dedicated server and use p2p, coz if they use server, who knows when they gonna shut it down. by that time, this game will be unplayable n useless.

This is next Gen game on a  Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz?

Low specs mean the whole game is dumbed down for all...

"I just know it's a I-7." LOL. Reminds me of when I ask people what their pc specs are and they say "Windows 7"

If it's going to be on the PC as well, what's the point of me getting an X1?

That's minimum specs so, all with high end gaming rigs will love this.

Someone apparently didn't learn the word minimum in grade school. The minimum is always low. BF4 was about the same as this games minimum.

Joe I am pretty sure you're good to go :) if anyone else is unsure of their pc check out "game debate" where you can see if your pc can run a game, it's a handy website!

Can I play Titanfall? :/ - Intel Core i7-4770K Quad-Core 3.5 GHZ - Samsung Pro 840 SS (500Gigs) - Corsair 850Wats - MSI Z87-G45 (Mobo) - G.SKILL Sniper 16GB 240-Pin DDR3 - GeForce GTX 770 - Hydro H110 Liquid Cooling

I don't care much for GPU specs these days. As recently witnessed in Crysis 3 and Battlefield 4 with the courtesy of Mantle, CPU optimization is more important, especially for the next-generation of games.

So I'm interested about this game's CPU implementation.

Don't play pc gaming despite building a PC these specs are pretty low and anyone can build a budget pc and run this. As this is an online only game I am (somewhat fairly) confident it would run at 720p on consoles while I would imagine GTX 780 would be best and the safest bet to run at ultra alongside AMD cpu at nearly 4.5 ghz.

@02050muh Considering it's based on Source we might get some server tool so everyone can host servers. That would pretty much keep this game alive forever until some person decides to not host anymore. (Big server providers and local people would be able to host).

Although, considering it's on Origin, which means EA, then I'm not too sure about my optimism.

@phloyd74 probably barely... in my experience if you have the bare minimum then it will be disappointing.

If you are asking whether it is worth getting an X1 just for Titanfall, the answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT.

You joking right?

Yo ucan easily run it without any problems.

You need a GPU upgrade ;)

rennyflame

You may be able to run it at least at 30FPS on lowest settings at 720p

SingletreeAve
SingletreeAve

What exactly is your point? You say don't play it on PC because it's easy to do, and play it on console at 720p because it will run best on high-end PC.  I think something got lost in the translation from Facebook babble.

SingletreeAve
SingletreeAve

@Creed02 With those specs he's looking at about the equivalent of an Xbox One, so I would guess somewhere in the middle to high-low for graphics settings.
