THQ Hooks N64 B.A.S.S.
THQ enters the sport-fishing genre on the N64 with a game planned for fourth quarter 1999.
THQ announced today that it has signed an agreement to publish and distribute the first B.A.S.S. (that's Bass Angler Sportsman Society) fishing game for the Nintendo 64. Mass Media Inc. will develop the title, which will be released in the fourth quarter of 1999.
The N64 version has yet to have a name, but THQ has published three previous B.A.S.S. titles on the Genesis, Super Nintendo, and PC in the past.
