Company goes fishing with the B.A.S.S. pros for next games.

THQ announced Wednesday that it is on location on Lake Mead to take in all the fun of the Kmart BASSMASTER Nevada Top 150 Tournament and begin production on its upcoming B.A.S.S. fishing games for the PlayStation and Nintendo 64.

The team will begin by filming the talent at Callville Bay Marina, Lake Mead, after the tournament's official weigh-in at 3pm on April 8. Console fisherman will get to hear from such bass fishing legends as Roland Martin for BASSMASTERS 2000 for the Nintendo 64, and BASS Masters Classic: Championship Edition" for the PlayStation.

Both games will feature realistic 3D lakes and surrounding environments, underwater views, and an endorsement from the B.A.S.S. Angelers Sportsman Society. THQ has already published three B.A.S.S fishing games for the PC, NES, and Sega Genesis machines.
