T*HQ Gets New Board Member

T*HQ today announced the appointment of a new member of its board of directors. James L. Whims, who most recently held an executive vice president position at Sony Computer Entertainment, had helped oversee the launch of the Sony PlayStation in North America. He also founded and managed several Silicon Valley companies, helped Mindscape restructure its operations, and won the 1996 Marketing Executive of the Year award from Brandweek-Adweek Magazine.
