With improved versions of the consoles coming, every deal on an Xbox One or PS4 needs to be qualified with a note about how existing systems are likely to drop in price and better hardware will soon be available. Assuming you don't mind owning what's soon to be an outdated version of the Xbox One, the Microsoft Store has a great offer going on right now.

The store is offering the Xbox One Spring Bundle for $299 right now. This bundle consists of a 1 TB console and four games: Halo 5: Guardians, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, Rare Replay (which is technically 30 different games), and Ori and the Blind Forest.

In addition to all this, you'll also get another free select game (Assassin's Creed Unity, Just Dance 2016, or Just Dance: Disney Party 2), a second controller, a $20 credit for the Xbox Design Lab (where you can design your own custom controller), and a $50 Microsoft Store credit.

This is deal is online-only, but provided you're patient, the standard-level shipping option (3-7 business days) is free. Different components of the offer expire at different times, but it looks as if you have until July 17 before the first part of it (the $50 credit) expires.
