Ubisoft has released a new Far Cry 4 trailer showcasing both the majestic beauty and unfathomable raw power of the elephant.

Featuring a semi-factual David Attenborough-style voiceover (though not using the legend himself, who probably would be horrified at a video like this), this trailer examines the destructive fun one can get up to if commandeering a tusked titan.

I didn't particularly like the video, mainly because elephants are beautiful, graceful, wondrous animals that always wear a soft smile. Does everything really need to be weaponized in FPSes? And Elephants? Have you ever Googled "baby elephants"? You totally should.

Anyway, Ubisoft has set a Far Cry 4 release date for November 18 across PS4, PS3, Xbox One and PC. If it's anything near as good as Far Cry 3, it could be a Game of the Year contender.

And, if you really can't get enough of elephant gore, GameSpot has a ten minute video of gameplay, found below.
