This fan-made Half-Life 3 trailer is frustratingly good

A group of Half-Life fans have created a most excellent trailer for Valve's long-awaited Half-Life 3, though we apologize if it makes the wait for the real game that much more painful to endure.

Deviant Pictures Films used Source Filmmaker to create the trailer you see below. It shows Gordon and Alyx seeking shelter in the face of a brutal snowstorm. Of course, it's not just the harsh weather that the pair face.

Tomorrow is April Fool's Day, so keep your wits about you as you traverse the Internet. Half-Life 3 has made for great April Fool's Day fodder in the past and it wouldn't be surprising for someone to attempt to fool us again.
