The Watchmaker goes gold

Got Game Entertainment has announced that The Watchmaker, its latest puzzle-based adventure game, has gone gold and will ship to stores this month. The game lets players control two investigators on a mission to foil the dangerous plans of a fanatic religious group. The adventure takes place in and around an ancient castle in modern-day Austria, and the game's environments and characters are all rendered in 3D. Unlike many traditional adventure games, The Watchmaker lets players choose their own path and freely explore the game's environments.

The Watchmaker was developed by Italian game studio Trecision, and it will be available in stores the first week of June for an approximate retail price of $29.99. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
