A number of online listings for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of The Walking Dead: Game of the Year Edition have been discovered online recently. The latest comes from Amazon UK and, like the others, points to a July release for the next-gen versions of the game.

The game's page on Amazon, as reported by Joystiq, lists a July 25 release in the UK and a price of 30GBP (about $50--which is not necessarily indicative of a price in the U.S.). GameFly and GameStop listings, meanwhile, both point to a July 31 release for gamers in North America.

The Amazon listings detail the GOTY Edition's contents, making it sound identical to the version already out on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC: You get all five episodes from the first season, the 400 Days DLC episode, and a soundtrack download. In other words, it looks as if this next-gen release is merely a port, rather than a new, enhanced title.

Xbox One and PS4 versions of The Walking Dead have yet to be officially announced. GameSpot has contacted Telltale for comment.

The Walking Dead episodic series, which is now in its second season, has already come to a wide variety of platforms; in addition to 360, PS3, and PC, it's also available on the PlayStation Vita, iOS, Android, and Ouya. The first season originally launched back in 2012 to a great deal of acclaim. The second season began last December, with its latest episode debuting just last week.
