The Rock Doesn't Appreciate Jack Black Delaying Jumanji Shoot to Eat Rice

"Production can wait!"

The sequel to '90s fantasy favorite Jumanji is currently shooting in the jungles of Hawaii--or at least, it was. As a new video posted by actor Kevin Hart reveals, production was shut down while his co-star Jack Black finished his lunch. Until leading man Dwayne Johnson got involved that is. Check it out below:

Earlier this week, both Johnson and Hart posted the first on-set image of the cast. The rather minimal clothing worn by Karen Gillan has caused some controversy, with Johnson stating that "her jungle wardrobe will make sense when you know the plot." Gillan herself has also weighed in on the issue, tweeting:

It was also reported this week that Spider-Man star Tom Holland was originally cast in the movie, but ultimately had to withdraw to shoot Spider-Man: Homecoming instead. Holland's role has been recast, with singer-turned-actor Nick Jonas confirmed in the cast.

The new Jumanji was first announced in April, and it was presumed that it would be a reboot of the much-loved '90s adventure fantasy. However, Johnson subsequently revealed that the film would in fact be a sequel. Last month he released concept art of his character, the rugged adventurer Dr. Bravestone.

Jake Kasdan, the son of legendary Star Wars writer Lawrence Kasdan, is directing, and the film opens on July 28, 2017.

The original 1995 Jumanji starred Robin Williams, Kirsten Dunst, and Bonnie Hunt. Williams' character became stuck in a board game as young boy before being set free (along with other creatures and characters) in the modern day. Lots of craziness ensues, including elephants charging down main street.

The movie ended with the Jumanji board game still existing, setting up a potential sequel. It remains to be seen, however, what the story will be for the sequel.
