This was actually very nice!
I'd like to see more companies doing meetings like that... Showing the process of making a game in a quite informal way!
Well done Gearbox!

I can't believe nobody asked the obvious question:  Borderlands 3, when?

The Dragon's Keep DLC was fucking hilarious.  Just played through it this last weekend with the wife and some friends.

I can't wait for them to say "we decided it was time to take a more mature direction for borderlands 2. we'll ditch everything the players loved, and turn it into a brown/ grey generic shooter. oh, and guns are now gained by microtransactions."

I can't wait until this 19th century mountain man-style beard/moustache craze dies out, and all the hipster doofuses go back to their slightly less creepy goatee/sculpted sideburns aesthetic. These guys look fucking ridiculous. It would also be pretty cool if more games released compilations of their concept art, whether they do books or digital formats. Borderlands is only one of several franchises with some really cool design stuff going on.

Wish they would develop a more clearly defined healing role and some way (if it is possible) to get people to play cooperatively.  I really liked borderlands 2 but the grouping spoiled it for me.

Borderlands. The only thing that I still find interesting in Gearbox.

There's nothing else out there like Borderlands and really nothing that even tried to copy it. This is and Bioshock reinvented the FPS last generation.

I'd love to see Insomniac give the opposite talk about how they went from a fun looking concept to unappealing generic with Overstrike -> Fuse.

If borderlands remained in that realistic look, I wouldn't play it at all... this way b1 and b2 are on my top 20 games I've ever played.

The Borderlands are great no doubts. But I have to say this, with all respects to Gearbox, what they have done with Aliens Colonial Marines is unforgettable.

I think Burch may have overpacked the bong before this little presentation, he alternates between looking half asleep and looking like he wishes Randy was a bag of spicy doritos.

@Deeznoobs Maybe you enjoy looking like a conformist weakling? Men were MEANT to have beards, hence why they grow. Go get a sex change if you dont like it.

@Deeznoobs Some guys just like having facial hair, not all of us like looking like clean shaven douchebags.

@metalmoog @Deeznoobs I love my facial hair, twirling my mustache into little points and delicately waxing them so they stay just so.

@halo-freak @Subaru1980 It seems simple enough to follow. They do well with their own games. Companies just shouldn't give them their IPs. And really, there was no saving Duke Nukem after 13 years. We all knew it.

@TheLeftHandDoom @nait2k4 Was it his sister or cousin that voiced TIny Tina? Either way, thats creepy as hell.

"Oh hey dude! I heard your sister playing the part of a 13 year old girl, and now I am really horny for her!"

I think I just vomited a little.

@dariant_inverse @halo-freak @Subaru1980 I think that there were ways it could have been saved.  It shouldn't have rehashed juvenile and raunchy humor scripting and taken it further, but rather needed to do its own thing.  I imagined an older and tired Duke running a bar somewhere, and then the bubblegum factory gets blown up and that starts some epic quest line.
