The Last Guardian's PS4 Pro Patch Will Upscale It to 4K

The Last Guardian will be getting a PS4 Pro patch when it launches in December.

According to Eurogamer, Sony's long-anticipated Shadow of the Colossus follow-up will be updated to support 4K upscaling, with more, unconfirmed performance enhancements also included in the download. Eurogamer describes these improvements as "minor."

The PS4 exclusive finally went gold in October, after nearly a decade in development and numerous delays, though creator Fumito Ueda insists the game is timeless. The Last Guardian launches on December 6 in North America, December 7 in the EU and Australia, and December 9 in the UK.
