Following its launch for Xbox One and PC, The Division's Survival expansion is now available on PlayStation 4. The expansion arrived on Sony's system on December 20 alongside a patch that also introduced support for the PlayStation 4 Pro--this enabled better frame rate and more.

The centerpiece of Division's Survival expansion is the Survival mode, which morphs New York City into a frozen world where supplies and gear are hard to come by. Players must...survive against the elements and one another--you can read more about Survival here.

Survival is included with The Division's $40 season pass or it can be purchased on its own for $15. It's the game's second expansion, following Underground. The final expansion, called Last Stand, is currently planned for release in early 2017.

As part of an agreement between Microsoft and Ubisoft, all DLC for The Division launches first on Xbox One and PC.

In other news about The Division, you can get the game for free at GameStop right now with the purchase of Watch Dogs 2--learn more about that offer here.
