Thai version of TGX 2012 to be held this July

This weekend's gaming event will have tournaments featuring DOTA 2 and other free-to-play titles; MMO C9 to debut in country.

The Rapture Gaming Network announced that it will be hosting a Thai version of The Game Xpo (TGX) 2012 event. Dubbed TGX Thailand 2012, the event will be held from July 13 to July 15, at the Sirikit Convention Center in Bangkok.

The event will feature the Thailand Game Professional League tournament, and include games such as DOTA 2, SD Gundam Capsule Fighter Online, and Point Blank. For the full list of games, head over here.

TGX Thailand 2012 will also feature the regional debut of free-to-play MMO Continent of the Ninth Seal (C9), as well as a League of Legends tournament, hosted by Thailand gaming portal Playinter.

In related news, the original TGX 2012 event will be held on September 7 until September 9, at the Singapore Expo Hall 5 in Singapore.
