Tapwave's Palm-powered, all-in-one, game-centric personal digital assistant, the Zodiac, will be making its way to Europe, the company announced today. The device will be sold exclusively at the UK outlets PC World and Dixons starting October 22. Two versions of the handheld will be available: the 32MB Zodiac 1 and 128MB Zodiac 2, which will retail for £269.99 and £329.99, respectively.

"We are looking forward to working with the Dixons Group Plc to launch the Zodiac into the European market," says Andrzej Kasprzyk, director of sales, Europe, Tapwave. Part PDA, part mobile gaming device, the Zodiac features a game library that includes Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4, SpyHunter, and Doom II. Plans for a Europe-wide release will be released soon.
