The Tap My Katamari trademark pertains to video game-like experiences such as "printed circuit boards for video games machines" and "computer software for entertainment" to more merchandise oriented applications such as "headphones, keyboard covers, and microphones."
As noted by Rosti, a www.tapmykatamari.com domain has also been registered, and Bandai Namco is listed as the owner.
Bandai Namco has not teased or announced a new Katamari title, and so there aren't any details beyond the trademark registration. The name, however, indicates the title may be touch oriented, which in turn could mean it is for mobile devices such as iPad, iPhone, or Nintendo 3DS.
The Katamari series launched in 2004 for the PlayStation 2. The first game, Katamari Damacy, was followed by We Love Katamari, Me & My Katamari, Beautiful Katamari, and a number of other titles.
The last game released was Touch My Katamari for PlayStation Vita.
