Super Mario Run Opens Pre-Registration for Android

Nintendo's mobile game is coming to Android next year.

Following its huge launch on iOS this month, Nintendo's Mario auto-runner, Super Mario Run, comes to Android in 2017. We still don't have a specific release date, but Nintendo has now announced that Android users can now pre-register to learn precisely when the game will be available.

Now Playing: Super Mario Run Review

Super Mario Run launched for iOS devices on December 15 and racked up 40 million downloads in its first four days and 50 million in just over a week. The game is free to download, but only a limited selection of levels are playable until you purchase it for $10. Importantly, Nintendo has not released information on how many players have spent money on Super Mario Run.
