Asobo Studio has today released new information on Super Farm for the PlayStation 2, which was announced in December last year. The game, which supports up to four players on a single screen, will see players taking control of one of 10 farmyard animals who are competing for the affections of a voluptuous turkey hen named Pamela. The gameplay will be largely melee-combat-based, although the game's 16 levels will also feature a variety of challenges and mission objectives, such as knocking out a set number of opponents' teeth or delivering items to Pamela.

As players progress through the game, they'll unlock a number of wacky minigames, although specific details on these have not been released at this time. Super Farm is being published by UK-based Ignition Entertainment in Europe, where it's currently scheduled for release in September. No North American release for the game has been confirmed at this time, but we'll bring you more information on the game as soon as it becomes available.
