Super Bombad Racing goes gold

Lucas Learning has announced that Super Bombad Racing has gone gold and that it will be released on the PlayStation 2 on April 25. The kart-racing game features such popular Star Wars characters as Darth Maul, Yoda, and Boss Nass. There are more than 25 different power-ups in the game, including boosts, shields, and special items that are unique to each specific kart racer. Among the available modes of play are single race, team racing, multiplayer challenge, arena, and race mirror.

Lucas Arts has already released Star Wars Starfighter for the PS2.
