Suikoden Sequel Turns Evil
Konami's update to their hit RPG, Suikoden, gives players a chance to play on the evil side.
Suikoden was the first RPG that Konami brought over from Japan for the PlayStation in the U.S. Its story captivated gamers and, finally, has spawned a sequel. At E3 in Atlanta, Konami announced that Suikoden 2 was in fact in development. Now, new details have been discovered through Konami's own literature in Japan.
The title of Genso Suikoden 2 will officially be Akatsuki Teikokugawa, which, loosely translated, means "the side of the Red Moon Emperor's country." This is a fitting title, because in the game, you get to play on the side of the bad guys from the first Suikoden.
