The standalone title will use the original's mech combat gameplay but revolve around chasing high scores, battling waves of enemies, and ranking well on the game's leaderboards.

Strike Suit Infinity will be distributed via Steam from April 30, priced $6.99/€5.99/£4.99.

The original Strike Suit Zero launched for PC in January after a successful round of funding on Kickstarter. The game had a target of $100,000 and notched up $174,804 in total.

GameSpot awarded Strike Suit Zero a 7.5 in its review of the game.

Born Ready Games says it will shortly release the Heroes of the Fleet mission pack for Strike Suit Zero.
