Strategy First and Wanadoo have announced a deal with Bulgarian game developer Haemimont Games to publish and distribute The Druid King, Haemimont's upcoming real-time strategy game. The game will feature adventure and role-playing elements in addition to traditional real-time strategy elements such as resource gathering, tactical combat, and unit building. It will also feature easy navigation through multiple 3D maps that can support up to 5,000 units. Players will control a Gaulish hero in the midst of a conflict between four ancient factions: the Gauls, the Romans, the Teutons, and the Druids.

The Druid King is scheduled for release in the third quarter of 2002. We'll post more information about the game as it becomes available. For more information, visit the game's official Web site.
