Strategy First loses rights to Techland titles

Polish game developers will find a new North American distributor.

Polish game developer Techland announced today that as of September 18, 2004, the North American publisher Strategy First (SFI) no longer has the rights to Techland's titles. SFI originally planned to publish Techland's PC games, including the shooter Chrome and the racing title Xpand Rally, in North America under the terms of an agreement signed in January 2003. Techland has confirmed that it is in the process of finding another North American distributor.
