THQ has today announced that it'll publish Star Wars: Flight of the Falcon for the Game Boy Advance this summer. The game, which is currently in development at LucasArts, will see players piloting Han Solo's Millennium Falcon through 14 combat-filled missions set in such locations as the skies of Yavin and Endor.
"We are extremely pleased to be publishing the latest Star Wars video game for the Game Boy Advance, Star Wars: Flight of the Falcon," said Tiffany Ternan, senior vice president, North American sales and distribution, THQ. "The broad appeal of the Star Wars franchise makes it a great addition to our leading portfolio of handheld games."
"Star Wars: Flight of the Falcon will once again offer Game Boy Advance players an opportunity to experience all the drama and exhilaration of the Star Wars universe," said Liz Allen, director of marketing for LucasArts. "LucasArts is happy to work with THQ to bring this compelling new title to Star Wars game fans everywhere."
Star Wars: Flight of the Falcon is scheduled for release later this summer. We'll bring you more information on the game as soon as it becomes available.
