Publisher Electronic Arts has teased what appears to be an upcoming new game mode in its online shooter Star Wars Battlefront.

On Monday the corporation published a YouTube video that promoted Battlefront's latest free update--the video is unlisted, however, meaning it can't be discovered by search nor by browsing. Halfway through this thirty-second clip, an in-game image of Jabba The Hutt appears, along with the message "coming soon: Hutt Contracts".

Now Playing: GS News Update: Star Wars Battlefront Getting Jabba The Hutt Missions

For now, the video can be found below.

Hutt, a mobster godfather of the Star Wars universe, is shown holding holograms of the DL-18 pistol and an unfamiliar sniper rifle. Little else is known about Hutt Contracts, whether it is a multiplayer mode or an offline mission similar to the Survival missions that launched with the game.

In January, EA outlined its Star Wars DLC and expansion release date plans for 2016 and beyond. According to the schedule, the Outer Rim expansion (set for release in March) will allow players to "fight among the factories of Sullust and battle within Jabba the Hutt's palace on Tatooine." This would suggest that the Hut Contracts mode will come with this DLC package.

More details on the Battlefront expansion schedule can be found here.

Battlefront's latest free game update added Rebel Depot on Tatooine as a new Survival Mission, and brings Survivors of Endor to the Walker Assault, Supremacy, and Turning Point modes.

Battlefront launched in November 2015 for Xbox One,PlayStation 4, and PC. It shipped more than 13 million copies, outpacing EA's own projections. According to EA, multiple sequels are in development.
