The Star Wars Battlefront beta is now live across all three platforms and open to everyone. You can download it now through the links here: Xbox One, PS4, PC. The beta is scheduled to end on October 12.
Battlefront's beta features a Survival Mission, along with the 40-player Walker Assault mode, and the King of the Hill-like Drop Zone mode. The Battlefront companion experience is also available now on the game's website and, by using this, players can earn items for the main game.
The Star Wars Battlefront release date has been confirmed as November 17, a month before Disney's Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens hits theaters in December. EA is also releasing tie-in DLC for Battlefront based on the movie.
EA Access members on Xbox One can play Battlefront first, as it will be available through the subscription program a five days early.
