This summer's blockbuster Star Trek Beyond will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on November 1, with a release on digital platforms weeks earlier, on October 4, it has been announced.

The home video release will also include bonus features like deleted scenes and tributes to Leonard Nimoy, who died before filming began, and Anton Yelchin, who passed away after shooting wrapped.

You can see one of the deleted scenes in the video above and at USA Today. It shows off Captain Kirk (played by Chris Pine), looking for a friend to grab a drink with. He doesn't have any luck.

Meanwhile, IGN reports that there will be more than an hour of bonus content for Beyond's home video release, including things like featurettes with the cast and filmmakers. In addition to deleted scenes, there is also a gag reel. There will also be a 4K version, as well as a bundle that comes with all three reboot films.

Beyond, which was directed by Justin Lin, came out in July and has made more than $330 million worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo.
