Square Enix to publish All Zombies Must Die
Doublesix lands publishing deal for Xbox Live Arcade version of Burn Zombie Burn follow-up; coming this month.
All Zombies Must Die!, spiritual successor to the 2009 PlayStation Network release Burn Zombie Burn, was announced as a PC and PSN title in July. An Xbox Live Arcade version has since been confirmed, and today, Square Enix announced that it would be the one publishing it.
Dubbed an "RPG shooter," the top-down, multidirectional zombie shooter is set to be supplemented with a character leveling system, side quests, collectible items, and weapon crafting. Unlike its spiritual predecessor, which only supported two players, All Zombies Must Die! will support four-player local play.
As with the PSN and PC versions, the XBLA version of All Zombies Must Die! is set for release later this month. For more on All Zombies Must Die!, check out GameSpot's previous coverage.
