Special Dreamcast for Partners

Sega president Shouichirou Irimajiri signs off on special Dreamcast model.

Sega is offering a special version of the Dreamcast console for Sega Partners, its members-only club for the Saturn, similar to PlayStation Underground in the US.

The special version of the DC system has an oval-shaped panel attached to the CD-ROM drive's hatch cover. Sega's president Shouichirou Irimajiri's autograph is printed on the panel. The member's name will be printed on the panel as well.

Although this is a special offer, the price of the system will be the same as a normal console, 29,800 yen. Sega is accepting orders from Sega Partners through October 23. The system will be delivered on December 27.

In other Dreamcast news, Sega revealed another Dreamcast game. The game is tentatively called Tetrisk, from BPS. The game is slated for release on December 23.
