Currently being tested in select arcade locations around the globe, Spawn: In the Demon's Hand is now nearing a 65-percent-complete level. Capcom is planning for the game to hit mainstream arcades by late fall. Since Spawn is based on the NAOMI hardware, a port to the Dreamcast has always been a given. However, Todd McFarlane, creator of Spawn, recently confirmed that not only is the game being ported to the Dreamcast, but also the PlayStation2.

McFarlane's Web site states that Spawn will release for the Dreamcast in 2000 and for the PlayStation2 in 2001. We recently got a chance to sit down with a playable test version of Spawn: In the Demons Hand. To read our impressions, just click on the link to the right.
