Sony Online ships EQ Gold

Sony Online has announced that EverQuest Gold is now shipping to stores. The Gold package includes EverQuest, as well as the game's four expansions: The Ruins of Kunark, The Scars of Velious, The Shadows of Luclin, and The Planes of Power. The package also includes cloth maps of Norrath, a large collectible figurine, and an EverQuest comic book. EverQuest Gold will have a suggested price of $64.95. Sony Online says that only 40,000 copies have been produced.
