Following last year's successful Call of Duty: Black Ops III bundle, Sony will again bundle the PS4 with the latest Call of Duty game starting next week.

Over on the PlayStation Blog, Sony today announced plans to launch a new $300 bundle with the 500 GB slim PS4 model with what sounds like the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy edition. It's not actually referred to as the Legacy edition in the post, but it includes both key components: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered. The latter is only available with premium editions of Infinite Warfare.

This bundle includes a physical copy of Infinite Warfare and a digital copy of Modern Warfare Remastered. Before you go thinking you can sell the copy of Infinite Warfare, remember that the Infinite Warfare disc needs to be inserted in order to play the Call of Duty 4 remaster.

Sony doesn't indicate if this bundle will replace the existing Uncharted 4 bundle that has served as the de facto way to purchase a PS4. Unlike Microsoft, which offers numerous Xbox One bundles simultaneously, Sony has generally shied away from doing the same. If you're interested in the Uncharted bundle, you may want to pick one up soon.
