Silent Storm ships out

Silent Storm, the alternate history RPG from Russia-based developer Nival interactive, has shipped to stores. Publisher encore gave the game its marching orders today, and the title should start assaulting stores soon. The PC-only game is rated "M" for mature and retails for $49.99.

Set during the final days of World War II, Silent Storm follows an elite group of soldiers on a series of covert missions. However, the game's story takes an ominous twist as players begin to uncover secret plots involving advanced technology. GameSpot's hands-on preview offers some on-site intel on Silent Storm.
