Sierra confirmed today that the one-player version of Half-Life for the Dreamcast has been delayed. Sierra stated that it is taking the extra time to make sure the game meets the high expectations of consumers.

"This being our first Dreamcast title, it's been a rocky road in terms of being able to predict the development schedule, but we really want to make sure this lives up to everything that Half-Life is. We hope to be completed within the year and will be able to confirm this soon," said Hillary L. Crowley, public relations manager for Sierra Studios.
