Sherlock Holmes: The Silver Earring site opens

UK-based Digital Jesters has today launched an official Web site dedicated to Adventures of Sherlock Holmes: The Silver Earring. The site currently offers a game overview, screenshots, answers to frequently asked questions, an empty downloads section, and its own forum.

"Sherlock Holmes: The Silver Earring is a game which will appeal to the detective inside all of us," said Leo Zullo, marketing director at Digital Jesters. "We will expand the site over time to encompass more of the Sherlock Holmes universe. We're keen not to reveal too much of the plot at the moment, but the Web site is the place to come in advance of the release as well as once the game is on the shelves as players dissect the plot and the ways in which it fits into [the] world of the world's greatest detective."

Adventures of Sherlock Holmes: The Silver Earring is currently scheduled for release in Europe on August 27. No North American release for the game has been confirmed at this time.
