Shattered Galaxy downloadable

Nexon USA has announced the release of a downloadable version of Shattered Galaxy, its popular online real-time strategy game. The game lets players experience all aspects of the game for free for 14 days, and it does not require any credit card or registration. Players can register the game to continue playing after the trial period ends. The game client is available as a single 120MB download or in 10 separate 12MB sections from the official Shattered Galaxy Web site.

Shattered Galaxy was launched in August. It combines real-time strategy with elements from role-playing, turn-based strategy, and squad-based combat games. The game features a persistent online world that supports up to 100,000 simultaneous players and thousands of simultaneous battles. Players build and manage up to 50 units and engage in battles with up to 30 players. The full game requires a subscription, which is available for $9.95 per month or $60 for a full year.
