Shadow Ops: Red Mercury explodes onto PC
Atari's cinematic military FPS blasts into retail channel.
Atari today announced that Shadow Ops: Red Mercury has shipped to retail stores and will be available this week for PC DVD-ROM. A first-person shooter with cinematic elements, Red Mercury features Hollywood-styled visuals and THX-certified sound created by the Hollywood studio Soundelux, whose credits include Kill Bill and Gladiator. The title is already available on the Xbox; both versions retail for $19.95 and carry an ESRB rating of "T" for Teen. A demo is available on GameSpot DLX; also see GameSpot's review.
