Sega discusses NFL 2K2 release

Sega of America will release the latest incarnation of its instantly popular football series in early September. Until now, NFL 2K2 had a vague fall 2001 release date, but GameSpot has learned that the Dreamcast version will indeed arrive around the start of the actual NFL season. Sega also plans to release Sony PlayStation 2 and Microsoft Xbox versions of the game this year. The company has not commited to a specific release date for either of those versions.
