See New Footage of Destiny's Court of Oryx Mode

Activision and Bungie today released a new trailer for Destiny that teases the game's difficult-sounding Court of Oryx end-game mode that comes to the shooter this month through The Taken King expansion.

Court of Oryx takes place inside of the Dreadnaught ship, which serves as the main setting for The Taken King. Watch the video below to see the first snippets of gameplay for the mode.

Tomorrow, September 2, Bungie will share lots more details on Court of Oryx during an hour-long Twitch livestream. This will be hosted by Bungie community manager David "Deej" Dague, featuring developer insight from designer Ben Wommack and The Taken King creative director Luke Smith.

The livestream begins at 11 AM PDT / 2 PM EDT, and we'll have all the news for you as it's announced.

Destiny fans don't have much longer to wait for The Taken King, as the expansion arrives two weeks from today, on September 15 for all platforms. Also on that day, Sony will release a special-edition PlayStation 4 console themed around Destiny.
