Disney has released a teaser video for its upcoming Beauty and the Beast live-action movie, giving viewers a new look at the anticipated film.

The video starts off by showing Emma Watson (Belle) and Dan Stevens (Beast) reading lines during a table read. It then transitions to commentary from director Bill Condon (Twilight series), who acknowledges the 1991 animated film was "perfect." So why make another one? "The answer is, technology has caught up to the ideas that were introduced in that movie," he explains.

As he's saying this, the video cuts to some very impressive-looking shots from the film. One shows the ballroom where Belle and the Beast have a nice moment, while another reveals the castle door--and it looks great. We also see the movie's take on Lumiere and Cogsworth. Some of these sequences were seen in the first teaser trailer from May.

This Beauty and the Beast video is a teaser for a more in-depth one that will come out on September 6.

Beauty and the Beast comes to theaters on March 17, 2017. The film is a "re-telling" of the Oscar-winning animated classic. It's tailored for a "contemporary audience," but also promises to stay true to the original music, while adding some new tunes as well.

In addition to Watson and Stevens, Luke Evans takes on the role of Gaston, while Kevin Kline plays Belle's father, Maurice. Josh Gad plays Lefou and Ewan McGregor portrays Lumiere. Ian McKellen plays Cogsworth.
